Regular TMH Prestige Membership cardholders are entitled to exclusive members’ discount in dining outlets at the hotel. Regular Prestige cards are not applicable during blackout dates such as holidays.
VIP TMH Prestige cardholders, aside from exclusive members’ discount in dining outlets at the hotel, this comes with perks like room and dining vouchers; also, VIP Prestige cards can still be used during holidays or blackout days.

It means you may give the card and 12 vouchers to any person. As long as they have the card or vouchers, they can avail the privileges.
There is no need for an authorization letter. Just lend your TMH Prestige card and we will apply the relevant discount. Just remind your friend to take care the card because it is not replaceable when lost or misplaced.
TMH Prestige Membership kits are available at the Prestige desk located at the left side of The Manila Hotel’s Grand Lobby from Monday to Sunday 9AM to 9PM. Beyond 9PM, you can approach our Duty Manager.

Yes. But please issue an authorization letter to the person you asked to. But the hotel is not liable if the person misplaced it after releasing it to your representative.

No, the card must be presented and vouchers surrendered when availing of the discounts attached to the card and privileges attached to the vouchers.
There is no need. The card and vouchers work separately. Just show and surrender the voucher that you would want to use.
Yes, the use of multiple TMH Prestige cards is accepted in all hotel outlets. Some restrictions apply; please call Restaurant Reservation for more details.
To make sure that there is room available or our outlets are not fully booked, we encourage guests to make prior reservations. The contact details of the reservation office are on the back of the vouchers.
No, the voucher must be reserved and availed within the validity date indicated in your card and vouchers.
