In compliance to the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF) and the Department of Tourism (DOT) guidelines, we would like to share the hotel operations guidelines in our combined effort to stop the spread of COVID-19:
The following processes will apply to all guests and customers with confirmed reservations for both rooms and restaurants:
- Please prepare to present your fully vaccinated certifications upon entry to the hotel.
- Individuals of all ages are welcome to check-in. Fully immunized (Being fully vaccinated means that you have completed your vaccines, at least two doses, booster shots are not required) guests may provide their vaccination cards upon check-in. Guests under the age of 18 are not obliged to present an RT-PCR test. Unvaccinated minors are allowed entry provided they are in the company of fully vaccinated adults.
- Check-in requires a valid Philippine-issued ID or an Alien Certificate of Registration.
- We still encourage our guests to wear masks especially if they are immunocompromised but it is their prerogative if they would like to wear them.
