Terms and Conditions

  1. Promo is open to all Maybank Credit and Debit Cardholders (“Cardholder/s”) issued in the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Cambodia and Brunei.

For Maybank Credit Cardholders, the account must be active and in good credit standing*

  1. Booking Period is from March 15 to September 15, 2026
  2. Stay Period is from April 1 to September 30, 2026
  3. Cardholders are entitled to 15% OFF Best Available Rates for Deluxe rooms at The Manila Hotel from the total charge when they use their Maybank Credit or Debit Card for payment during the promo period.
  4. Prior reservation is required. Subject to black-out dates and prevailing government guidelines on travel. Cardholders may contact The Manila Hotel via:
  1. Redemption Process for Direct Reservations:
  1. Call The Manila Hotel at (02) 8527-0011 to make a reservation.
  2. Inform the hotel representative that you are a Maybank Credit or Debit Cardholder and would like to avail of the 15% discount.
  3. Provide your Maybank Credit or Debit Card number during the reservation process.
  1. Promo cannot be availed in conjunction with other promotions, special offerings, or discount privileges of The Manila Hotel. 
  2. All disputes regarding the Promo shall be reviewed thoroughly and fairly by Maybank with the concurrence of DTI. The final resolution shall be communicated to the cardholder within the stipulated timeline.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent and not under investigation due to suspected fraud activities, not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not violated the terms and conditions of the issuance of Maybank Credit Cards.
