- All incidental charges not included in the exclusive offers must be settled at the property with the Cardholder’s qualified Chinabank Credit Card.
- The offer is non-transferrable and not convertible to cash, credit, or gift certificates.

- The standard room cancellation policy of The Manila Hotel shall apply.

- The Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Chinabank Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral hereof.
- In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the offer/s and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Chinabank Credit Card, Chinabank reserves the right to charge the cost of the offer/s to the Cardholder’s Credit Card account.
- Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer/s shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and The Manila Hotel.
- In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chinabank and The Manila Hotel with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final and non-negotiable.
