At Champagne Room, dining has always been as much about the experience as what arrives at the table. Set within the elegant surroundings of The Manila Hotel, the restaurant invites guests to savor the new additions to its a la carte menu, available for lunch and dinner.

Complementing its well-loved culinary repertoire, the latest additions span starters and seafood, hearty main courses, grilled specialties, and desserts with a touch of tableside theater.

“The new dishes are designed to stay true to the distinct Champagne Room experience while giving our guests something new to discover. We wanted to bring together familiar favorites and a few dishes with a sense of occasion, so every course feels special from the first bite to the last,” says The Manila Hotel’s executive chef Konrad Walter.
The meal can begin with elegant starters such as Smoked Salmon Carpaccio, Lobster-Mango Délice, and Parmesan Panna Cotta. For something warm, the new selection includes New Zealand Half-Shell Mussels baked with Parmesan and herbs, Fried Oysters with a crisp, savory crust, Linguine with Scallops in shallot and garlic cream, and Green Asparagus Soup.

The main courses offer a range of classic favorites, from Gindara in Miso Butter Sauce and Lobster Thermidor to Roast Lamb Rack, Beef Tournedos with Foie Gras, and Lemon-Herb Chicken. For a little more theater, the Beef Stroganoff is flambéed tableside before being served, while the Surf and Turf brings together Angus Striploin and salmon in one indulgent plate.

Those who prefer their meal from the grill can choose from USDA Beef Tenderloin, Kurobuta Pork Loin Steak, Lapu-Lapu Fillet, or whole White Pampano.

Dessert brings another moment of tableside preparation with the Mango Flambé, finished with coconut rum and served with buko ice cream and pili nuts. For something more classic, Crème Brûlée with Fresh Berries and Warm Chocolate Lava Cake offer an indulgent finale to the meal.
Champagne Room is open Mondays to Saturdays for lunch from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm and dinner from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm. The restaurant is closed on Sundays. For inquiries, call +632 8527 0011 or +632 5301 5500, email [email protected], or visit www.manila-hotel.com.ph.
