3. UnionBank Credit Cardholders can enjoy the following promo offers by participating restaurants.
4. To avail of the Promo, the Cardholder must meet the required minimum amount charge the total amount
   of purchase to his/her qualified UnionBank Credit Card.
5. Only one (1) qualified UnionBank Credit Card may be used per single-receipt transaction, and only one (1)
   qualified UnionBank Credit Card may be accepted per Cardholder and per table. Splitting of transactions is
   not allowed.
6. The promo offer is inclusive of VAT and subject to applicable service charges and local taxes.
7. The promo offer cannot be combined with any other promo and is non-transferrable, non-convertible to cash,
   non-assignable, and non-exchangeable.
8. Promo cannot be exchanged for other items or discount privileges and cannot be availed in conjunction
   with other UnionBank or The Manila Hotel promotions, and partner’s VIP/Membership privileges.
9. Cardholders with mandatory and government-regulated discounts have the option to choose which
   promo or discount to apply. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the
   senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior
   Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
