You hereby confirm that you are the rightful owner of the photo entry and that it does not infringe upon any intellectual property rights or violate any applicable laws. Furthermore, you agree to indemnify and hold The Manila Hotel harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the use of your photo entry.
The Manila Hotel shall not be held responsible for any unauthorized use or misuse of the photo entry by third parties. While we will make reasonable efforts to credit you as the owner of the photo, we cannot guarantee that such credits will always be provided.
