A new chapter begins at the Fiesta Pavilion
Apr 24, 2014
The Manila Hotel has recently announced updates to its facilities in response to the increasing demand for smarter spaces as the capital city prepares to host global events such as the World Economic Forum this May and the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Forum in 2015. Management has shared that the renovations to the Fiesta Pavilion, the Maynila Ballroom, the Millennium Salon and the Presidential Suite will finish by the end of third quarter this year.
The new Fiesta Pavilion will be able to extend guests flexibility and more functionality, allowing them to host anywhere from 200 of their closest friends to 2000 conference participants. The Pavilion will be able to showcase seamless interplay between light and sound—an advantage for event organizers to add drama and flair to their celebrations. With its new design, the Pavilion is set to attract more conventions, conferences and exhibits with its vast floor area and modern integrated facilities. The updated theater-like setup will feature an artfully-lit ceiling and wall panels that adapt to the mood and nature of each event.
Manny Samson and Associates is at the forefront of ensuring that vision for the popular event space is in line with the Manila Hotel’s character and sense of style. The firm’s long list of design accomplishments includes luxury developments here and abroad, among these are recent projects with the Shang Salcedo Place in Makati, the Anya Residences in Tagaytay and the Batu Karang Lembongan Spa and Resort in Bali.
