In celebration of the end of Ramadan, the Manila Hotel will hold an Eid Al Fitr Food Festival featuring dishes produced by the Grande Dame’s fully-certified Halal kitchen.
This Eid Al Fitr, Manila Hotel’s Café Ilang-Ilang will offer a wide variety of Halal food for only Php 950.00 net. From August 8 to 16, guests can indulge in different curries, kebabs and samosas. Feast on various aromatic and flavorful dishes like Slow Roasted Lamb Tandoori, Chicken Shawarma and Rogan Josh. And for diners looking for something sweet, they can delight themselves with Baklava, Kunafa and Basboosa.

Serving dishes in line with Islamic dietary standards, the Grande Dame is the FIRST Deluxe Hotel in the Philippines to be Halal-compliant and Halal-certified in 2010 and 2012, respectively.
