This coming Fourth of July, The Manila Hotel fetes this American holiday tradition with a special Wine and Cheese Night at the Lobby Lounge, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., at PHP1,800.00 nett, per person.
Celebrate American Freedom Day with an unlimited serving of sommelier selected wines from Titania Wine Cellar, complemented with an unlimited serving of imported cheeses, such as – manchego, oveja, gruyere, emmental, roquefort, roule fines herbes, appenzeller, edam, brie, camembert, aged cheddar, Danish blue, and goat cheese; and, choice canapés, which include – vegetable stick in shooter glass with hummus, mini mozzarella skewer with basin oil, poached shrimp on guacamole in Asian spoon, blue cheese mousse in profiteroles with fresh pear, and melon prosciutto skewer with cambozola.
Some of the select wines from Titania Wine Cellar are Three Wishes Cabernet Sauvignon, Coastal Ridge Pinot Grigio, Three Wishes Chardonnay, and Coastal Ridge Merlot. Each wine is carefully selected to match the delightful and sophisticated cheeses and canapés, offered to commemorate American Independence Day.
